近日，中国科学院微生物研究所贾燕涛研究团队、叶健研究团队、钱韦研究团队、郭惠珊研究团队，联合中国科学院沈阳应用生态研究所胡江春研究团队，在mLife上发表了题为“Integrated soil–microbe–plant regulation for maize disease control in the black soil of Northeast China”的综述文章，阐释了东北黑土区玉米病害防控的土壤-微生物-植物协同调控新策略。
近期，中国科学院微生物研究所高程和魏鑫丽团队围绕地衣共生伙伴间的水平基因转移开展系统研究，相关研究成果以“Inter‑symbiont horizontal gene transfer and functional partitioning in globally sampled lichen metagenomes”为题发表在 Nature Communications上。
