研究方向

  1. 植物营养高效利用的机制;2. 植物营养与微生物群相互调控的机制。 

 

研究组研究内容及意义 

  植物地上和地下部分共生着大量的微生物,形成特定的微生物群。微生物群影响植物营养的吸收利用。反之,植物营养的吸收利用及信号调控影响微生物群的结构和功能。阐明植物营养与微生物群相互调控的机制,进而培育营养高效利用的农作物,减少肥料施用对环境的污染和破坏又满足人口增长对粮食的需求,具有十分重要的科学和社会意义。 

  1. 植物营养高效利用的分子机制。 
  以水稻为研究材料,挖掘氮磷营养高效利用的基因,阐明其调控机制及信号网络。 

  2. 植物营养对微生物群结构和功能的影响。 
  以水稻为研究材料,研究氮磷吸收利用及信号转导塑造微生物群结构和功能的机制。 

  3. 微生物群促进植物营养高效的机制。 
  研究微生物群促进水稻氮磷高效利用,进而提高水稻产量和品质的机制。
