     以代谢工程为基础的新型生物催化剂开发与利用 

 

 研究组研究内容及意义

  

我们的研究包括以下几个方面:

(1) 工业酶制剂与蛋白的重组表达策略:

从多学科入手,对大肠杆菌、毕赤酵母等重组蛋白高效表达的细胞工厂进行系统的研究、改造及开发利用。基于对重组表达宿主菌转录、翻译及蛋白质折叠等生理过程的深入研究,并充分利用已有的基因组信息,对细胞工厂进行系统有针对性的改造。开发出具有不同遗传背景的重组表达宿主菌,在不同的重组蛋白与工业酶的表达过程中应用。

(2) 生物催化剂的开发利用:

利用代谢工程和系统生物学等手段,开发出具有不同应用价值的重组微生物菌株(包括大肠杆菌、酵母等)进行生物催化。如利用生物质生产具有高附加值的化合物和保健品、替代化学途径、环境治理等。

1985年-1988年,中国科学院微生物研究所,获得生物化学及酶学硕士学位。

1991年-1995年,美国的Rutgers大学,获得生物化学及分子生物学博士学位。

1988年至1991年:中国科学院微生物研究所,助理研究员。

1995年至1997年:美国洛克菲勒大学,博士后。

1997年至2008年:美国杜邦农业化学公司,生物化学研究员、资深生物化学研究员。

2008年至2010年:美国杜邦公司研发中心,资深研究员。

2010年至今:中国科学院微生物研究所,研究员,博士生导师。工业微生物与生物技术研究室主任。
