1、植物RNA沉默的分子机制及其抗病应用研究; 2、植物与真菌的互作机理及维管束真菌病害的防控策略研究

研究组研究内容和意义

本研究组以模式植物拟南芥、烟草和重要经济作物棉花为寄主材料,以病毒和真菌为病原微生物,围绕植物RNA沉默和miRNA调控途径,以及其他受病原影响的调控途径开展病原微生物-寄主的相互作用研究,剖析植物致病机理。为植物抗病和病害防控提供有效策略。
